Angel Tree Distribution
In October, SAWA volunteers worked with the Aldine Westfield Corps to register families and seniors for Christmas assistance. In December, Angel families received their gifts from 38 SAWA volunteers, “runners” and Salvation Army staff, who deposited gifts directly into their cars. The Aldine Westfield Corps brought the blessing of Christmas to 546 families, consisting of 1,257 children and 387 seniors.
